WELCOME TO TRAVELER'S EYE WORKSHOPS
Traveler’s Eye Workshops is a mobile photography school that cultivates creativity, inspiration and skill in adventurous photographers of all experience levels. Instructors Richard Sennott and Chris Welsch are award-winning photographers with a passion for the craft. Join us for workshops in Minnesota, Wisconsin, France and Italy. The next workshop in Italy is Sept 21-28, 2013, in the Umbrian hill town of Orvieto.
I took the Traveler’s Eye Orvieto workshop in September 2010. The experience was magical. Orvieto is one of the most beautiful settings in Italy. It provides the opportunity for photographs of both people and landscapes. .... I would recommend this workshop to any photographer interested in travel photography. Chris and Richard are excellent teachers. They spend time with each student and offer valuable insights into your individual photographs and into photographic process for each student.
— Maury Landsman, professor of law at the University of Minnesota
Richard and Chris conduct a terrific workshop. Their practical approach to teaching engages students’ imaginations and helps participants see the world with fresh eyes, making photography fun and exciting. The collaborative format presented practical tools to improve my image-making skills and created a contagious enthusiasm for the craft.
— Ann Staton, editor and writer
The loose structure of the workshop allowed for experimentation. The feedback sessions provided an opportunity to accept both guidance and criticism in a very constructive manner. It was a wonderful experience. Chris and Richard are extremely talented photographers who truly enjoy working with others.
